Lago Vista Gutter Installation, Repair, and Cleaning
It’s no surprise that rain gutter systems in Lago Vista are some of the most hardworking in the State! We get an average yearly rainfall of 35 inches, typically experiencing heavy downpours during the months of June, May, March, and October.
In drier parts of the year, gutter guards fight off dirt, twigs, leaves and other organic matter that impede water flow, cause structural damage and attract pests. Lago Vista has an average of 98.4 days over 90 degrees - about 233 sunny days - and warmer than most towns in Texas.
Seamless gutters are your home's unsung hero. Give them the cleaning and attention they need to continue doing the job for you. If you don't yet have gutters and downspouts in place, gutter installation is critical in protecting your property.

We installed a new seamless gutter system for the owners of this Lago Vista home. Notice that the house has cement foundations with raised cement decking. One challenge they experience is rainwater mud backsplash.
On a white house, backsplash is far more noticeable - both the grimy appearance and the damage it causes. We positioned the downspouts and boots in such a way as to avoid this and direct water away from the home.
